We found during our on-site experience that classic Cantonese dishes such as braised fish head with bamboo in a clay pot, roasted chicken with five fingers of peach, braised pork feet with sour ginger and yellow skin, braised jiegua with hairy crab, and Shunde lettuce buns produced by this place have received high praise.
